Most setup questions are about connecting your WhatsApp Business Account. That step runs through Meta Embedded Signup and needs a Meta business portfolio. If you are waiting on Meta, stay on the Free plan for now: a paid plan’s 14-day trial starts the day you approve it in Shopify, not when your first confirmation goes out.
